What is the safety/COVID policy?
Your safety matters to us. We’ll follow all state and local guidelines regarding masks and vaccinations, which are currently not required. If anything changes, you’ll be the first to know. We also recommend following CDC guidelines while traveling and attending.
Are virtual tickets available?
SaaSPRENEUR LIVE is an in-person experience only. Trust us. This is one event you’ll want to attend in person. Get your ticket here to join us!
Are session recordings included with my ticket?
Absolutely! You’ll get access to professional recordings after the event. Keep an eye on your inbox for details on when the recordings are ready to go.
Will meals be provided?
Yes! Delicious meals, snacks, and drinks are included, so you can stay focused, fueled, and ready to connect.
Do you offer 1-Day passes?
We want you to get the full experience, so tickets are only available for the entire 2-day event.
Can I transfer my ticket if I can’t attend?
Tickets are non-transferable, and entry will only be granted to the original ticket holder.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
All ticket sales are final, so we’re unable to offer refunds.
Can I bring my kids?
We love that you want to share the experience, but the event is for paid attendees, age 18 and older.

Unfortunately, we don’t manage the hotels directly, so we recommend reaching out to the hotel team for assistance.
Can I record the sessions?
Unfortunately, no. But don’t worry. We’ve got you covered! Professional recordings of all sessions are included with your ticket. Sit back, enjoy the event, and let us handle the tech.
